ACREW recently concluded their two-day Lürssen Familiarization Trip Event in Hamburg, Germany on May 3rd and 4th, 2023. During the trip, attendees had the privilege of touring Lurssen’s shipyard and learning more about their world-class refit facilities, witnessing the various stages of yacht construction, and establishing meaningful relationships with other leading captains. The captains had a guided tour to explore Hamburg’s famous Reeperbahn district and even had dinner at the oldest Italian restaurant. We’ve heard great feedback from attendees, including one captain who described it as a “fascinating and privileged few days.” It was wonderful to see so many industry leaders come together and exchange stories and knowledge of our wonderful industry.
