This unique learning event involved a 3-day event in October 2021, which consisted of mentorship sessions for Superyacht Captains and Crew.

The first day of the event consisted of a panel discussion and a round table session around the importance of mentorship onboard and the practical implementation necessary. There were lunch and dinner provided by the marina which allowed for networking with the Key Speakers, Captains and Crew. Day 3 of the event consisted of sessions for all crew on personal development, professional development and improved team dynamics, following on from this there was also a BBQ and a chance to meet the mentors 1-2-1.
