StrawZ was launched at the end of 2018 with the mission of “Reducing the carbon footprint in the hospitality industry”. To take a stand against global plastic pollution, we started developing real natural sustainable straws made of wheat and reed. And with success! We are expanding our range of straws even further and are developing other products such as truly sustainable cutlery and edible coffee cups.

Since the start, more and more entrepreneurs in the catering business have started to use our products. They are enthusiastic about the possibilities that our straws offer as an alternative to (biobased) plastic and paper straws. Their customers love them and see the need and urge to stop dumping those straws that have a huge negative impact on the environment.
