A caviar masterclass for chefs and stewardesses! Enjoy learning about and experiencing the taste of beautiful caviar whilst being inspired with ideas for guests and owners. The workshop will include caviar tasting, how to pair vodka with your caviar, caviar canapes and serving champagne with caviar. With a focus on the guest experience, each facilitator will share their area of expertise and provide real insight in to how to wow guests and owners. It will provide attendees with the confidence to work with this expensive produce and plenty of options as to how to serve caviar and choose the perfect accompaniments.
