Chief Stew Afternoon: The Guest Experience session

The afternoon on the 24th between 14:30 – 17:00, will focus on Guest Experience sessions for Chief Stews, there will be panel discussions held by two fantastic yacht agents BWA Yachting and Iberian Yacht Solutions. BWA Yachting will discuss the importance of timing, and the value of expert knowledge, contacts and support. Iberian Yacht Solutions will explain the importance of good communication, precise information and professionalism and flexibility. Followed by this YC Interiors by Yacht Chandlers will be giving a very interesting presentation on the importance of aromachology and what is the influence of scents and perfumes on our feelings and emotions, and how perfume can enhance the experience of guests onboard. Barcelona Crew Academy will discuss everything you need to know about whiskey and cigars, you will learn the whisky basics of the most relevant types, whisky service, together with cigar lounge etiquette serving, cigar appreciation body, strength and flavour and cigar whisky pairing. To conclude this session we will end the day with a wine and olive oil tasting hosted by No.12 Fine Wines & Provisions.
