Effective management of guests and owners when visiting destinations, is a complex operation with many facets. Familiar destinations and established routes make things easier to implement but sometimes guests are interested in doing something a little different. This workshop will give you the tools and understanding to be able to break down what can seem a daunting task into clear and manageable sections. Peter Vogel will share the tools he developed over his years of working in the superyacht sector, so attendees leave with a destination management toolbox ready to use. He will present East & South Africa as case studies to illustrate how this toolbox will structure planning and managing a visit to any destination. Discussions around how and when to use local experts in location will be of great interest as the group shares experiences and recommendations.
