As tastes and climates change, the world of the white sparkling wine has become more diverse, with some seriously good wines coming from less well known sources. With no shortage of passion and knowledge in this area, Andrew from No.12 Fine Wines will present some great examples of beautiful
bubbles. The wines chosen will represent four important regions and four different techniques that create the complex variety of flavours present in sparkling wines. Attendees will leave armed with the knowledge and understanding to select, store and serve champagne, prosecco, cava and English sparkling wine and be able to discuss them with guests and owners with confidence.
