The rapid advancement of technology changes the recruitment process for both crew and employers. For an industry with a high turnover of staff and crew all over the world, the use of online video interviews in the recruitment process brings many advantages. This workshop will look at recruitment trends in the superyacht industry and how these are changing the way crew are hired. Using examples from other industries, a glimpse in to the future will arm Captains, HoD’s and crew alike with the skills and knowledge to harness the power and ease of new technology. The session will include practical demonstrations and real life worked examples.
