The Humanitarian Crew Award honors a vessel or a crew member that puts effort into helping coastal communities in times of need. Making the best of the itinerary to provide the regions in need with tools, supplies, water and/or clothes is recognized by this Yacht or Crew Award. Whereas superyachts are often seen as luxury toys only, ACREW wants to make a statement, that those vessels also contribute to the world around them, by helping to rebuild communities and deliver resources.
