Detailed planning tips will be shared, focusing on every aspect of the arrival to the yacht, introducing the crew, touring the yacht and secret, effective ways to win their hearts immediately, making an impact permanently. The workshop will then focus on two other key ways to make the guest experience unforgettable – trip planning and event planning.
