Workshop Description:

You discover a medical emergency onboard and your stress response kicks in, this is why excellent first aid knowledge, and confidence in that knowledge is so critical skill.

In this session, will be be refreshing basic medical knowledge, learning simple and effective ways to assess the casualty and treat life threatening conditions, with real-life scenarios and demonstrations,

We will also learn how to take vital signs with a Tempus IC2 unit to obtain the critical support needed from a medical professional via video and bluetooth headset.
