The Mentorship Crew Award is for an individual that has used or currently uses his or her experience to proactively guide one or more Crew Members that are less experienced or less knowledgeable. The winner has proven to positively affect the career of that Crew member in relationship to psychosocial support, career guidance, role modelling, daily duties and more.
