The Chief-Stew Crew Award is for the Head of Department of the Interior Crew that practices great skills through a vast amount of knowledge The Chief-Stew knows all about the different types of service, from cabins to food to flower arrangements. The Chief-Stew Crew Award should not only be for a Chief-Stew who shows extraordinary interior skills, but also managerial skills involving the general yacht operations, budgeting and decision-making.
